Refund policy

Plot & Loom Return & Refund Policy:
Every single piece from Plot & Loom is custom-made and printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not carry pre-printed inventory, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer shipping errors.
Please carefully review our size guides and double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item/size entirely, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must meet the following criteria:
 * Time Limit: You must contact our support team at plotandloomstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered.
 * Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video that shows the package being opened and clearly highlights the defect or damage. Please note: Our printing and courier partners strictly require this video to verify claims. We cannot process refunds or replacements without it.
 * Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Note: Items damaged by sharp objects (like scissors or knives) during package opening are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Size Discrepancies
Industry-standard apparel manufacturing allows for a slight measurement tolerance of up to \pm0.5 inches from our published size charts. Discrepancies within this limit do not qualify as a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item differs by more than this limit, please email us a photo of the garment laid flat next to a measuring tape.
3. Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking details show that your package has stopped moving for more than 15 business days, please reach out to us. Once our courier partner officially declares the package lost, Plot & Loom will ship a fresh replacement to you at no extra cost.
4. Order Cancellations and Edits
Because our automated printing system begins processing your custom piece almost immediately, we can only cancel or modify an order (such as changing a shipping address or size) within 1 hour of placement. Once that window closes, the item enters production and cannot be altered or canceled.
How to Initiate a Claim:
If you received a defective item, please send an email to plotandloomstudio@gmail.com with:
 * Your Order Number
 * A brief description of the issue
 * Your Unboxing Video (or high-resolution photos if the video file is too large, though video is strongly preferred).
